  7. About HumanClick:
  8. =================
  9. HumanClick lets you detect when anyone at all is on your web site!
  10.  
  11. When any visitor is on your web site you can contact him or let him 
  12. contact you directly via a chat. (Visitor needs no download). You can 
  13. monitor which pages he visits in your web site.
  14.  
  15. HumanClick uses the HumanClick server - so all you have to do is 
  16. register, embed icons and start enjoying a window into your web site! 
  17. Easy setup process... works with any hosting provider!

  19. Help files:
  20. ===========
  21. For your convenience, we have created a Help file to this Beta version 
  22. with full instructions on how to use HumanClick.  You can access 
  23. the help file from inside the Web Operator Window (WOW) or directly 
  24. from the directory where the HumanClick files have been installed 
  25. (default is : C:\Program Files\HumanClick).

  27. Start Communicating with your Web site Visitors!
  28. ================================================
  29. Once you have completed the registration and embedding process, the 
  30. bell in the taskbar of your window should turn to yellow. This 
  31. implies that you are ready to accept visitors. Whenever you are online, 
  32. you will be able to monitor your web site.

  34. You are now ready to spot visitors to your web site, and chat with 
  35. them. Visitors to your site do not need to install or download anything 
  36. at all. They can choose to chat with you by pressing the "HumanClick - 
  37. Click to Chat" icon, or you can proactively contact them when you 
  38. see someone on your site (the yellow ædoorbellÆ icon rings and 
  39. flashes) by choosing the "Want to Chat?" option from the visitor menu.

  60. 1. "Occupied" state is now called "Back in 5 minutes".
  61. 2. A new dialog to send an e-mail message from the visitor to 
  62.    the Site Operator has been added (when Site Operator is unavailable to take the call).
  63. 3. Chat, with more than one visitor simultanously, has been improved in the WOW window 
  64.    (text typed by site operator will 'belong' to specific visitor).

  69. 1. WOW will not disconnect each time the server goes down for a few seconds.
  70. 2. HumanClick now lets you select your own favorite set of icons.
  71. 3. The visitor's browser's cache is no longer filled with unnecessary URLs.
  72. 4. Automatic embedding now works for sites hosted on AngelFire.com.

  76. 1. The WOW does not work when Internet Explorer is set to "Work Offline"
